Whats the big idea?
Simcoe-Shop.com is a photography site aimed at providing interesting, colourful, original digital prints for your office or home at an affordable price. This site has developed as a result of the travels and visual experiments of Peter Simcoe, owner of media company Simcoemedia. Some of these images have been featured in galleries in the UK, on www.virgintrains.co.uk amongst others. They aim to inspire as well as provide a unique angle on the world around us!
Is it safe?
PayPal and Google Checkout are the accepted payment methods for the site. Both of these are highly secure and are commonly used by other business websites around the world. Simcoemedia does not see your transaction details – PayPal simply confirms the payment and Simcoe-Shop.com will process your print order and send it to you.
Delivery?
Images are processed by the trusted print partner RCS Plc near Derby in the East Midlands. Their turnaround is typically 5 days to delivery so you can expect your print to arrive within 6-8 working days. Your print will need to be signed for.
The Process
Purchasing your images is simple.
- Look through the gallery pages using the drop down main menu
- Find the image you would like to purchase
- Select the size you require – typically this is A3 or A2 size
- Click on the ADD TO CART button
- Go to checkout
- Pay via Paypal or Google Checkout
- You will receive a confirmation email
- Go to your Account to see a list of the items you have bought
- [Optional] - if you have purchased a print will receive this by post within 7 days
Refunds
Simcoe-Shop is committed to providing a quality service – the reputation of Simcoe-Shop and Simcoemedia is dependent upon this. However, should the goods not reach you in perfect condition, contact Simcoe-Shop.com at sales@simcoe-shop.com and we will discuss replacement to ensure you are happy with your purchase.
